A request for obtaining information should be accompanied by an application along-with fees by way of cash against proper receipt or by demand draft or bankers cheque payable to Food Corporation of India, Bhubaneswar. The details of fee payable under the Act are as under:

·         Rupees 10/- (Rupees Ten) for information under sub-section(1) of section of the Act.

·         Fee payable under sub-section(1) of Section 7 of the Act on following rates :-

Ø             Rupees two for each page (in A-4 or A-3 size paper) created or copied.

Ø             Actual charger cost price of a copy in large size paper.

Ø             Actual cost price for samples or models; and

Ø             For inspection of records, no fee for the first hour and a fee of Rupees Five for each fifteen minutes (or fraction thereof) thereafter.

·         Fee under sub-section(5) of section 7 payable as under :-

Ø             For information provided in diskette or floppy rupees fifty per diskette or floppy; and

Ø             For information provided in printed form of the price fixed for sub-publication or Rupees Two per page of photo copy or extracts from the publication.
